By definition, “A brand is the set of expectations, memories, stories and relationships that, taken together, account for a consumer’s decision to choose one product or service over another.”


That hasn’t changed. What has changed is the consumer, their behavior, how they buy and how they make their decisions. You don’t determine what your brand is. Your brand is whatever your customer says it is.
