Rose spent over two decades in the trenches of high-growth consumer brands. She’s led marketing and digital strategy for companies like PetSmart and The Vitamin Shoppe, advised breakout brands like Nutrafol and Mend, and helped generate over $1B in revenue while guiding $70M+ in funding raises.
But what pushed her to start CRV? She recognized that as a CMO, she could only influence so much. Real growth required connecting marketing with operations, tech, finance, and team.
