Compass Rose was born out of Rose Hamilton’s desire to provide leaders with what she often lacked in the corporate world: an experienced outside perspective that is direct, thoughtful, and strategic. As a former leader at several leading DTC, CPG, health and wellness, and pet companies, Rose brings deep experience in building and leading teams. She loves to leverage her successes and the failures she has experienced in support of clients facing a rapidly changing landscape. Today, she recognizes that some of the most valuable lessons she learned are from experiences that did not go as planned.

She has over 25 years of experience building DTC businesses in the US, specifically in the vitamins and supplements, pet, and beauty categories. While most executives are taught to talk about only accolades and accomplishments, Rose encourages clients to have hard conversations, boosting authentic leadership and trust within their organizations.
