Online Consumer Behavior

I recall a memory from a few short years ago…a time when leveraging online consumer behavioral data to inform a physical store layout was innovative and radical.

📌 Skeptics were everywhere. The sample size was too small, digital and bricks and mortar retail are two completely different domains, and the list goes on.

Today?

The sample size is vastly larger across all channels and devices. We’re experiencing a convergence of digital and physical experiences.
